As we simmer our way into 2025, The Soup Aisle is bubbling with excitement. We’re stirring the pot behind the scenes and can’t help but share updates with our favorite community.

It’s true, we’re about to launch as a virtual soup store startup. We’re expecting to find a kitchen before Spring happens! (While also planning for The Soup Aisle to become a walkable store right in downtown. Say what??) Then we’re going to be cleaning up and preparing that new kitchen space to cook in it!

Exeter, you’re at the heart of our adventure. We’ve been busy crafting a community model designed to reward our loyal patrons, and we think we’ve prepared something unique. On top of that, we’re creating menus that will keep you excited year round, including those summer days. We’ve got some cool ideas we can’t wait to ladle out.

While we’re keeping the big surprises under lid, expect a rotating variety of soups that dance with the seasons. From light spring offerings all the way to the heartier winter warmers.

The word “soup” comes from the Latin word “suppa,” meaning bread soaked in broth. So technically, soup didn’t exist before the invention of bread, because there was no bread to dunk it in. Let that soak in. 😂🥣
